We use your information to provide and improve the RatioLens service, send you email alerts and weekly digests you have opted into, process payments and manage your subscription, and communicate with you about your account.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to serve advertising.

If you subscribe to Signals or Pro, you may receive email alerts and weekly signal digests. You can manage your email preferences from your account settings or unsubscribe using the link in any email we send.

Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Both providers maintain their own privacy and security practices.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or business purposes.
